Why are you waiting to try Cinsault?

Bijou - Why are you waiting to try Cinsault? Page Image

Cinsault is a light skinned grape with soft perfume coming from the South of France, specifically from Languedoc-Roussillon.

This grape gives our rosé wines a medium body, pale colour and fruity aromas.

Cinsault grape is thought to be posh and feminine. It is a soft grape that gives a velvety mouth feel and very little tannins. Strawberries flavours and dark red fruits like currants, cherries and raspberries characterise this wine on the nose.

It is a feminine grape in every shape and form!

And you what are you waiting for to try this wine with some crispy skinned pan-seared salmon with a side of asparagus?
