Bijou is renowned for its collection of wines, crafted with precision and expertise from the unique terroirs of Southern France. Committed to sustainability and innovation, Bijou strives to reflect the distinct personality of each region.
Over the past decade we have identified smaller, often overlooked regions such as windswept Coteaux de Béziers, the rustic Vallée du Paradis, and higher altitude sites in the Haute Vallée de l’Aude, above the town of Limoux. We work closely with a team of dedicated growers and winemakers to uncover and share the finest expressions of each place, continually exploring new opportunities.
We are also passionate about championing women in wine, recognising their invaluable contributions to the industry. We actively support this mission by sponsoring and hosting events that celebrate and elevate female talent, sharing knowledge through mentorship initiatives, and creating meaningful recruitment opportunities. By investing in the growth and success of women at every stage of their wine journey, we aim to foster a more inclusive and dynamic industry that thrives on diverse perspectives and talents.
