Fine Rosé Report 2026: Éminence de Bijou

Éminence de Bijou 2025 has been named Highly Recommended in the Fine Rosé Report 2026 by Elizabeth Gabay MW and Ben Bernheim of pink.wine. Their verdict: a rosé that “punches way above its weight, and is utterly charming and classy.”

It’s recognition that means a great deal to us. Éminence began in lockdown as an experiment, built around one question. Could a rosé have structure, layers and something to say, without losing the sunshine that makes rosé rosé in the first place? Our partner growers thought we were mad to try. We trusted our instinct.

In the glass

Éminence comes from Coteaux de Béziers in the Languedoc, and every element of the blend has a job to do. Grenache brings raspberry and redcurrant. Rolle adds a zesty citrus lift. A small proportion of partially barrel-fermented Grenache gives a hint of vanilla and spice that draws you back to the glass.

Bijou Eminence (Rosé) 2025 – Highly Recommended

Very pale shell. Restrained at first, this opens up to rather pretty soft white stone fruit, a hint of raspberries, and pretty orange blossom. Crisp, delicate, and elegant – but still structured and firm on the palate. Crisp, white citrussy acidity, and riper fruit than the 12.5abv would suggest. Some slightly chalky tannins on the finish keep this disciplined and firm. Punches way above its weight, and is utterly charming and classy. Still very young, and definitely a wine to come back to in a few years.
