Bijou reaches new shelves, new audiences and new heights. Here’s where our wines have been around the world.

Germany: A New Chapter in European Retail
Bijou has launched in Germany with EDEKA, the country’s largest food retailer, marking a major milestone in our European expansion. Germany is one of Europe’s most important wine markets. It also has a strong appetite for French wine and a growing love of rosé.
Working with a strategic partner that reaches shoppers across the country gives Bijou a strong foundation to build on. It means more people can discover our wines on their weekly shop, and it gives us a platform to grow the brand in the German market for years to come. This is only the beginning, and we’re excited about what comes next.

Sweden: Rosé and Rock ‘n’ Roll at SommarRock Svedala
In July, Bijou went to SommarRock Svedala in southern Sweden with our distribution partner Berntson Brands. The festival began in 1987 as a small local event with a stage built from truck beds. Today it is one of Sweden’s best-loved festivals, drawing around 30,000 music fans across three days, and this year’s event sold out.
Against a line-up that included The Ark and Molly Sandén, Bijou was poured for festival goers enjoying the Swedish summer sunshine. Rosé and live music are a natural pairing. Both are best enjoyed outdoors, in good company, and both turn an afternoon into a memory. A chilled glass of Bijou was the perfect soundtrack to the weekend.

New Zealand: Greeting the Summer at Queens Rooftop
As the sun sets on summer in the northern hemisphere, it is only just rising in New Zealand. Thanks to our partners at Hancocks, Lumea de Bijou is ready for it with a listing at Queens Rooftop, one of Auckland’s most prestigious venues.
Queens sits on Level 21 of 1 Queen Street in the Commercial Bay precinct, with 270-degree views across the Waitematā Harbour. It was created by some of the city’s most respected hospitality names and has quickly become a destination for fine dining and drinks with a view. A place on its wine list is a real mark of quality, and we’re proud to see our top rosé there.
Lumea is our premium organic rosé from AOP Coteaux Varois en Provence. It is made from Grenache and Caladoc grown on clay-limestone soils, and only the free-run juice is used. The result is pale, crystal clear and elegant, with bright red berries, a hint of apricot and a gentle saline finish. It is a rosé made for special moments, whether that’s a first glass as the sun goes down or a celebration shared with a view.
For venues looking to start their summer strong, Lumea brings Provence elegance and organic credentials to any list. As the new season begins, there’s no better way to greet the sun.
