Tara selects Bijou Ciel de Lilac in 5 best rosés for the summer

Bjørnsti describes Ciel de Lilac as delicious rosé with a "scent of ripe summer fruits, rose petals and violets. The taste is concentrated with red fruits and peaches with a nice balance of fresh acidity and minerality."
