Rosé – not just for Summer

Up until recently, rosé wine was seen as purely a refreshing drink to cool you down whilst soaking up the summer sun. It was considered inferior to its white and red peers that were being enjoyed all year round, rain or shine, with or without food. Times are changing and rosé is now much more highly regarded, with many restaurants recommending rosé to go with lots of their dishes even in the cold winter months.
