Le Bijou de Sophie Valrose rosé is produced with grapes carefully sourced from sustainably farmed vineyards in Coteaux de Béziers. The strong local winds sweep humidity in off the Mediterranean Sea and deposit salts and minerals into the soils. Our award-winning rosé has a crisp acidity and a hint of salinity on the finish as a result of this unique microclimate, which makes it a treat to pair with Aromatic and Asian cuisine.
