Éminence de Bijou: Top New Product

We step into September with another success story. This month, our latest release, Éminence de Bijou, is featured in the renowned magazine Drinks International as one of the top new products in the drinks market.

The review reads as follows: 

"Éminence de Bijou is a premium and limited production rosé from the heart of the Languedoc in France. This new release is described as a complex, structured and gastronomic wine that strives to push the barriers of the rosé category. Bijou Wine aspired to produce one of the best rosés in the world, so this year only, bottles were produced. Éminence de Bijou is a blend

of Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle, with grapes sourced from two selected parcels of low yielding

vines located between the River Orb and the Bassin de Thau."

With this project, our primary focus was to push the boundaries of the rosé market, producing an exclusive and gastronomic Southern French rosé that exceeded the expectations of even the most adventurous customer. We are incredibly proud of the result and excited to see what other achievements are yet to come.
