Éminence de Bijou: 90 points at the Decanter Wine Reviews

Our premium and limited production rosé from Languedoc, Éminence de Bijou received an outstanding review and 90 points at the Decanter’s Wine Review.

Premium Wine Editor, Giorgina Hindle describes Éminence as follows:

“Clear blush pink in the glass and immediately the aromas just jump out at you - so lovely, delicate but charming and expressive - summer fruits, berries, strawberries, raspberries, some lemon and lime. It has good weight on the tongue with strawberry juice and some herbal elements coming in too. This has a lovely roundness with hints of vanilla giving structure. A blend of 60% Grenache, 35% Cinsault, 5% Rolle - sourced close to the Mediterranean coast, on north-facing slopes with calcareous clay-limestone soils. Delicious to drink now but also made to age.
