Ciel de Lilac is inspired by the lavender fields in the South of France. Our Ciel de Lilac Provence rosé is beautifully pale, bursting with aromas of strawberry and rose petals. The nose is complex with intriguing notes of lavender and redcurrant.

Viticulture and Vinification

Provence sits alongside the Mediterranean coast-the home of Rosé. Our vines are planted at high altitude on clay and limestone soils. The region is teeming with shrubs and herbs such as rosemary, thyme and lavender which help to produce a delicious rosé with notable aromatics and character.

After the grapes are harvested, we separate the grapes from the stems and stalks. The grapes are then pneumatically pressed and a cold fermentation with selected yeasts takes place. The wine is then blended, filtered and stabilised in stainless steel tanks before being bottled.
