The new pink across Browns iconic UK locations
Since 1973 Browns fusion of British classics and exciting seasonal creations has earned the brasserie group a loyal following across the UK’s most iconic locations which include Covent Garden’s former Westminster County Court. Accompanying the food is an eclectic range of high quality wines, and this summer the rosé segment has been bolstered by the addition of Bijou’s flagship offering from the south of France.
“Browns are delighted to list Le Bijou Rosé on our carefully curated wine list. This perfect summer drink is a real hit with our guests this season.” – Jeni Hankins, Marketing Manager at Brown Brasserie.
Le Bijou de Sophie Valrose is a beautifully pale, salmon coloured rosé. Fragrant, with elegant aromas of wild strawberries, citrus and delicate floral notes, the wine is incredibly fresh and intense. Le Bijou de Sophie Valrose is named after a woman who worked in the Languedoc vineyards during the 19th century championing women’s working rights and became somewhat of a local hero. Bijou is a tribute to her memory and her story is shared on the back of every bottle.
All Bar One have also included Bijou to further strengthen the rosé collection of the nation’s leading high-street bar.
“Le Bijou de Sophie Valrose is an outstanding wine that deserves a place in our well curated wine list.”
– Laura Clarke, Marketing Manager at All Bar One
“We are delighted to partner with such a renowned on-premise venue throughout the UK. All Bar One have introduced numerous sustainable initiatives over the years so we are very proud they selected our award-winning, sustainably-farmed rosé to further their commitment to quality and the planet.” – Edward Vellacott, Commercial Manager at Bijou Wines.
A communal and social space where sharing tapas dishes accompanied by an elegant drinks menu take centre piece, there is no better location to open a bottle of Le Bijou de Sophie Valrose rosé.
